What is better for educational leadership – introversion or extroversion?

Interestingly, more and more people are saying that introverts lead in a manner more consistent with organizations in the 21st Century. Their leadership is soft spoken, but carries a powerful punch with consistency, thoughtfulness, and intention. They are adaptive, understanding, and deeply prepared for any situation.
