In the ever changing world of technology, it can sometimes seem difficult to stay on the cutting edge. In the schools, it is even more important for educational leaders to stay ahead of current technology practices. I found it very helpful to associate the responsibilities of a digital leader with key ingredients of a recipe. Her article sums it up:
