Leadership and Playdough

You can learn about people when you give them a can of playdough and tell them to create. I find it fascinating that no matter what your age, playdough makes everything much more exciting. Kuddos to the group the playdough group for bring out the kindergartner in all of us to help visualize the leadership styles and traits!

    As I re-look at this picture I reminds me that the power of “molding” is in all our hands. This applies to our students, our colleagues, our community members. Effective leadership is being bold enough to know that building and construction is an ongoing process and journey.
