Continuing on our talks about motivation, this particular article focuses on chief executives of successful companies on what they thought motivation is. They focus on how motivation inspires individuals, how to sustain it in the workplace, and how motivation can lead to success. Some executives talk about how they empower there staffs by giving autonomy throughout the workplace. They even go on to give some strategies they use to motivate their staffs. As future leaders in the workplace we need to start to focus on how we can motivate and empower our teams to get the job done.
