Inspiring Our Future Leaders

There’s an old saying that when you are dealing with kids that more is caught than taught. We tell them that they need to learn to play nice with others, to be innovative yet humble, and to roll with the punches when times start to change.  All this is to help prepare them to be successful in their journey down whichever route they choose to take.  We know they are our future leaders.  But are we setting the right example?

This article suggests that there are 5 Innovator Mindsets that we should be encouraging and ultimately modeling to our kids and students.  Resilience is key for our kids’ success and that is best caught through adults modeling those behaviors.
